Lyons Built serves as a partner in expressing our clients vision and has a passion for creating the spaces in which we live.
As a 4th generation General Contractor, Jacob grew up on job sites and immediately established a love for building. Putting himself through University of Washington Business School as a carpenter Fostered an opportunity to graduate with a network of like-minded peers that blossomed into a several years of flipping homes.
Wanting to take his career to the next level Jacob then spent nearly 10 years in commercial construction serving in roles anywhere from lead finish carpenter to Super Intendant.

Jacob's Path to Lyons Built, LLC
Working for clients such as Microsoft, W-Hotel, Starbucks and Facebook provided an opportunity to work under the most challenging architects in the world, where their expectations honed Jacob's skillset.
Working with the most sophisticated Project Managers in the business demanded organization and communication while building world-renown architect's passion-projects elevated Jacob's finish level to satiate even the most aggressive owner-reps.
Taking what he learned in commercial construction, Jacob returned to his roots in residential construction where he operates Lyons Built, LLC.
